We’ve known for a long time that it’s the small things that count. Not only is Jotlet is fast and easy to use, but more importantly, Jotlet is polished. We take great care and pride to make sure that Jotlet not only runs smoothly, but is presented in a simple and consistent way. The best user interface is the one that you don’t notice, and our goal is to make using Jotlet a simple and seamless process.

It’s been a great week, and today we released some small updates and fixes to do just that. First off, we tweaked and optimized our code, so Jotlet starts up and runs faster than ever (Safari users will be particularly pleased). Second, we refined the style for list, month, week, and day views to make Jotlet’s presentation more consistent across the board. Last, we fixed a few small presentation bugs (1 by request).

We have also been working hard on an import feature as well as more export, sync, and RSS features, so expect these updates to be coming soon.

We have gotten tremendous feedback on our previous Netvibes module, and today we’re excited to announce our fully-featured Jotlet Calendar Tab for Netvibes. The new Jotlet Tab gives you full access to your Jotlet Calendar. You can manage your events and tasks, share your calendars, and even set up email and SMS reminders! You can even use the Jotlet Tab in your own language!

Now its easier than ever to stay organized. All of Jotlet.net has been packed into this new Tab to let you easily check up on your schedule without leaving your Netvibes start page.

(The tab should have a 1 column layout to let Jotlet take up the full tab. If it’s not 1 column, click the little down arrow in the Tab to change it to the 1 column layout as needed.)

Our goal with Jotlet has always been to make it extremely easy for you to find, organize, and manage your schedule, and I think our new List View does just that.

Now there’s no more need to browse back and forth in month view looking for that hard-to-find event or task; just switch to list view, enter a date range, and then filter the results to find the exact event you’re looking for!

Jotlet makes planning your life easy, and List View makes it even easier.

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m proud to announce a little bitty feature! In day view, you can now click a time to go straight to the add event page!

Expect some bigger features coming soon. Hooray!
