Our newest team member!

I am proud to announce that my daughter Cailyn Leigh was born this past Tuesday morning! I have officially joined the ranks of fatherhood, and I couldn’t be happier!

Cailyn still has a few years training before she can help us out here at Jotlet HQ, but I’ll be starting her programmer training asap ;)

I’ve taken the past week off to help out with Cailyn, but I’ll be getting back into the groove before too long. Until then, I’ll be hanging out with the coolest and newest little girl on the planet!

IE7 fix for Netvibes Tab

If you’ve recently upgraded to IE7, you might have noticed that the Jotlet Netvibes Tab stopped working. It turns out that IE7 has stricter permissions for cookies, so IE7 wouldn’t accept our login cookies!

No worries! I’ve found the fix: add Jotlet.net to your Trusted Sites list in IE.

The tab will now auto-detect if your browser won’t accept our login cookies, and will show you simple instructions on how to fix it. Once Jotlet.net is added to your Trusted Sites, the login page should show up and work just fine.

To add Jotlet.net to your Trusted Sites:

1. Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options
2. Click the Privacy tab
3. Click the Sites button
4. Type Jotlet.net into the text box and click the Allow button.
5. Click the OK buttons and log in!

Status Update: Upgrades are coming along!

These past few weeks we’ve only released some small updates and fixes for Jotlet. Nothing special and nothing worth blogging about, but this doesn’t mean that we haven’t been working :).

We’ll be releasing some spectacular upgrades in the next few weeks, and we have plans extending well into June. Jotlet is the best online calendar to date, and we’re making it even better!

Thanks to everyone for your support. As always, if you have any suggestions, please send them our way.
