Howdy folks!
So my wife was nice enough to stand in line at the local Apple Store to procure an iPhone for Jotlet!
I’m still not sure what Mr. Jobs meant when he said developers will be able to interact with iPhone functionality and all that jazz (there’s still no specific development information other than “make a web site “). Until then, make a web site is precisely what we’ll do.
If you have any ideas you’d like to see implemented, let us know soon! We’ll be developing it pretty rapidly. Don’t worry, we’ll make it super slick!
Many of you have wondered if I could make a tutorial on how to make the iPhone icons I made earlier. My answer: “of course I can!” so I’ll work on that a bit today and hopefully have it up on Monday!

It would be nice if you could make a mobile version of Jotlet that could be used on my phone’s mobile browser. I’m not lucky enough to have an iPhone (don’t want an AT&T account, can’t *afford* an iPhone!), but my Verizon Razr has a mobile browser. It would be good if you could make a way for me to access Jotlet from that!

We hear you! The difficulty in making Jotlet work on a regular (non-smartphone) browser is the varying degrees of what the phones are able to display, as well as varying resolutions and other capabilities. It is difficult to test for a variety of phones and even more difficult to support them.
Would you consider it useful if we built a quick view-only version (no creating/edit events/tasks) of Jotlet that can work with your phone’s browser?
If you’re willing to work with us, we can flesh out a full functioning Jotlet app that will work with your phone, but we may have you do a little beta testing for us
Regards!

Sounds awesome for the iPod touch, too! I can’t wait to see it finished, it will be perfect now that we can’t edit the calender on the Touch. I can see Jotlet Working perfectly for me at my high school! Hope to see it soon!
